How To Track My Order?
To monitor your shipment, please follow these steps:
• First, log in to your account on our website.
• Then, retrieve your unique order number from your order history.
• Next, proceed to the "Track Order" section of our site.
• After that, accurately enter your order number in the designated field.
• Finally, click the "Submit" or "Fetch Details" button to view the current status and location of your order.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: 2-10 business days.
Express Shipping: 2-5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) Option Available For Indian Customer?
Yes, we currently offer the cash on delivery (COD) option for our Indian customers. This allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. It provides a convenient payment method for those who prefer not to make online payments or do not have access to digital payment options.
How long does it take for delivery?
all the furniture products apart from Sectionals and Beds, we deliver the same within 30 days from the Order Confirmation Date (Order Payment Date). For the Sectional Sofas and the Customised Sofas, we deliver the Orders within 45 Days from the Order Confirmation Date (Order Payment Date). All the Ready to Ship products are usually dispatched within 12-48 hours of order confirmation.
Can I take input credit for the GST I pay on your products?
Yes, you can take input credit for the GST you pay on our products. Please enter the GSTIN number at the time of placing the order with the other relevant details. Also, make sure you send us an email for the same with your order details, so that the input credit could be approved by our finance team in the GST server. However this scheme is only applicable on Business to Business transactions where the purchasing company is GST registered. This facility is not applicable on individual or Business to consumer transactions.
